And what happens when they actually have to chase a suspect? This $5000 piece of police equipment is dropped for just anyone to pick up.

(Not to mention they only go slightly faster than walking speed anyway)

Holy smokes… the cops I see are fat enough as it is! take away the only source of excercise (walking) and they will have to freaking waddle after criminals! it will sure bring a new meaning to the term “pig”….
